I want to share important news with all of you. From this month I will include some big changes in Minifantasy and it is important for me to be transparent with all of you and explain to you what changes and why.

FREE STUFF

Today Minifantasy - Forgotten Plains joined Minifantasy - Dungeon in the FREE asset pack category. Now people will be able to test those 2 packs before deciding if they are interested in getting other Minifantasy asset packs. A free license is provided with the free asset packs, it covers non-commercial projects.  For using the free asset packs in a commercial project, a commercial license is provided upon a donation of 1$ or more.

This change was made to get more people to know Minifantasy, free asset packs are a great source of traffic.

PRICING CHANGES

I also made some changes in the pricing of the asset packs. The price of the 3 newest asset packs went up by 1 USD, while the price of another 3 of the previous asset packs went down by 1 USD. 

I made these changes to make a slight difference between new and old packs, and to make Patreon subscription even more attractive. Starting from $2, Patrons can get any new monthly release at no extra cost while they are subscribed. On the other hand, dropping the price of some of the previous packs I wanted to make sure that the cost of the whole collection doesn't go up to much while giving a good deal for those that may be interested.

NEW RELEASE

Today I also released Minifantasy - Magic And Sorcery! A new animations asset pack that adds proper magic to the world of Minifantasy.

It includes spell animations for the 6 Minifantasy humanoid races Human, Elf, Orc, Halfling, Goblin and Dwarf. There are 5 schools, Fire, Ice, Earth, Wind and Holy.

The schools include 3 spells each. Elemental ones have Magic Projectiles, Magic Barriers and Magic Explosions. While the Holy school include a Healing Aura, an Instant Heal and a Holy Shield.

It also includes a buff effect in 6 different colours.

Combining the different characters, spells and effects you can create over 120 different animations
