Minifantasy is a community-driven project where Patreon members suggest and vote on upcoming main asset packs and exclusive add-ons.
The way it works is:
Patrons suggest themes for new main asset packs and ideas for add-ons.
I create monthly polls with their suggestions.
The community votes to decide what I'll work on next.
The open/close animations for the reality cracks have already been suggested and are currently in the monthly polls, so they might be added as Patreon add-ons soon :)
Hi Krishna, I bought your megapack and would like to use paid assets in my own project which is not commercial but hosted publicly on github. Am I allowed to use the assets in project or would this be considered redistribution?
Thanks for asking kajmaj. Please don't include the paid assets in a public GitHub repository, the assets are not publicly licensed. You're welcome to use the free assets in this situation. For using the paid assets on github, please use a private repo to avoid distributing the assets.
I hope you understand; I'm just a solo artist trying to keep this going.
Sure, no problem, I currently only use the free ones. I'm asking because I highly value your work and don't want to cause any issues. But ultimately when I sell or publish my game on itch.io for free I would have to include assets in it. Is this fine then?
Hey! Thanks for the comment :) When creating the asset pack, I was a bit concerned about how extreme the aesthetics direction was (compared to other packs in the collection), so it's great to see that people like it.

Love this set, going to have to buy the bundle soon to update my collection! Any possibility of an animation for the reality cracks opening/closing?
Thanks! I'm glad you like it :)

Ok, I see now that this falls under 1a. directly.
Hi Kajmaj!
Yeah, sure, you can publish your game using the assets :)
Your description of this being the child of Mordor and Tron is spot on!!! Love it.
Right? hahaha, I'm glad you like it!
You have outdone yourself with this one, such a cool idea and executed excellently
